ALL electric or gas scooters, and electric bikes carry a 30 day limited warranty on workmanship. Covered under the full 30 days will be the electric, or gas motor, battery, battery charger, and frame. 10 day warranty on all components of scooter.
Warranty is voided if product is abused, missused, modified, dismantled, rented, used in competitive sports, ridden by more than one person at a time, used for stunts, jumping, or ridden in wet conditions (electric scooters). Damage caused by missuse is not covered under warranty, please ride responsibly. Please inspect your scooter/bike immediately upon arrival for damage. You will need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery to file claim with shipper.
Buyer must inspect product, and packaging before signing shipping receipt. If product, or packaging appears damaged buyer must inform shipper immediately, arrange for inspection, and settlement with shipping company. Parts and/or replacement product will be shipped only after settlement. Please contact us immediately at (608)663-9001.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization! Authorization must be obtained via fax, or email. Scooters will only be returned after all other options have been attempted. If item is within limited warranty period we will supply to the owner parts to repair product. Owner will be responsible to install, and make necessary repairs. If scooter/bike is authorized for return and after inspection for abuse, or missuse we will replace with a "like model", color not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return freight, and we will pay freight of replacement unit back to buyer. Most shipping of single units are done via UPS ground service.
Scooter Crusader LLC, Bargain Crusader assumes no responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage caused by product sold by Scooter Crusader, LLC or Bargain Crusader. Scooters, and bikes are designed for recreational use on paved level surfaces. Please wear safety helmets, pads, and equipment suggested for product. Please check your local ordinances prior to purchase of scooters, or electric bikes. Ride equipment responsibly, and enjoy your trip!
