2. Dead on Arrival items may be returned for like item replacement. You must contact us within 3 days of product acceptance. Do not send item back without prior authorization. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us. If scooter is not working correctly we will try to send parts so you may repair. No charge for parts if within warranty period.

6. Scooter Warranty is for 30 days from delivery date on parts only. Covers all components except if due to abuse, or missuse. All warranty is void for abuse! All scooters are made to ride on dry flat surfaces, and for 1 person. Do not exceed weight limits, or product limitations as this will void warranty.
